The Apex Code launched in December 2025 to multiple 5-star rated reviews. To celebrate, and to say thank you to my fantastic readers and supporters from the UK, I’m giving away 5 free signed copies. Anyone can enter, and even if you have already purchased a copy (thank you again!) why not enter anyway, and if you are one of our lucky winners, you can dedicate your free copy to a friend as an awesome gift!
How to Enter
There are two free ways to enter. Both count equally; use whichever is easier for you.

- Email through the contact form on this site and ask to be entered.
One entry per person, regardless of which route you use. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. No purchase necessary, and a purchase will not improve your odds. You will not be asked for a mailing address unless you win, so entering is quick and low friction. And if you are already a subscriber, just jump right in and use the email contact form route and I’ll make sure you are in the draw.

Winners are selected using random.org’s List Randomizer, a free and independently reproducible tool. Winners are contacted by email and asked to confirm a UK mailing address and dedication details for their signed copy.
Official Giveaway Rules (United Kingdom)
This is a free prize draw. No payment or purchase is required to enter, and it is not regulated by the Gambling Commission, since entry does not involve any form of payment as defined under the Gambling Act 2005.
1. Promoter

2. Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible.
3. Entry Period
Begins Monday, August 24, 2026, and closes Sunday, September 27, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
4. How to Enter
Complete either entry route above (newsletter subscription or contact form request) with a valid email address. Limit one entry per person. Entry is free; no purchase is necessary.
5. Winner Selection and Odds
Five winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, using random.org’s List Randomizer. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Prizes
Five winners will each receive one signed paperback copy of The Apex Code, with an optional personal dedication (approximate retail value £15 each). Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email within 3 days of the Promotion Period closing (by September 30, 2026) and must respond within seven days to claim their prize, or an alternate winner will be selected.
8. Data and Consent
Entering via the newsletter route requires opting in to receive the Promoter’s email newsletter. This consent is separate, explicit, and not pre-ticked, in line with UK GDPR requirements. Entering via the contact form route means your details are used only to administer the giveaway. Entrants may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time without affecting a prize already won. 9. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any stage if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform used to promote it.
